Google Analytics is a website analysis service provided by Google Inc., which provides aggregated and thus anonymous statistical data on website visitors. For more information on this tool, see: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=pl. Google Analytics automatically collects information about the use of our website. We do not collect any personal data as part of Google Analytics. The IP numbers transferred to Google’s servers are anonymised. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, operating system and browser information, pages viewed by the user, time spent on the site and its sub-pages, transitions between sub-pages, and the source from which the user accessed the site. In addition, we use demographic and interest reports within Google Analytics. They are based solely on the data of those who have agreed to share their data with Google as part of their Google account. The information we have access to is, in particular, the age range you are in, your gender, your approximate location limited to your town, and your interests as determined by your online activities. If the user agrees to segmentation, additional segmentation information can be sent to Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and is used for analytical purposes only. Details relating to data processing within Google Analytics are available at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.

Meta Pixel (formerly “Facebook Pixel”) – our website also uses Meta Platforms tools to: (1) measure the effectiveness of advertisements (so-called conversions), (2) conduct analytics on the actions of Users on our website after interaction with an advertisement, (3) create groups of advertising audiences (remarketing / Custom Audiences) and better tailor advertising messages. The Meta Pixel works by placing identifiers (e.g. cookies or similar technologies) on the user’s device and sending information to Meta about events on the website (e.g. page views, clicks, transitions between sections – depending on which events we have implemented). This data may also include technical information such as approximate location, IP address, device/browser identifiers, browser parameters and the date and time of the event. This information is pseudonymous in principle, but may constitute personal data (e.g. as online identifiers).

Our website uses the Google Tag Managertool. Google Tag Manager is used to manage the tags (code snippets) used on a website – for example, to run analytics or marketing scripts such as Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tags. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect users’ personal data. The tool is only responsible for triggering other tags that can collect data. If the user has deactivated tracking at the browser or device level (e.g. via the cookie settings), this will also be respected by Google Tag Manager. For more information on how Google processes data, please see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

On our website, we use the Elfsighttool to display content from LinkedIn (posts published on our company profile) in the “News” section. The Elfsight widget works in an embedded form on the page, and interactions such as going to comments, likes or post details redirect the user directly to LinkedIn. As part of the proper functioning of the service, Elfsight automatically collects limited technical data of Users, such as IP address, operating system, and browser type. This data is stored for a maximum of 7 days, analysed anonymously and used exclusively for system security, the detection of irregularities, the prevention of abuse and the prompt rectification of any failures. This data is not used for marketing purposes or passed on to third parties. Elfsight declares that it does not sell, transfer or make available the collected personal data to third parties without the User’s consent, except as required by law (e.g. on the basis of a decision of a court or authorised bodies). Detailed information on Elfsight’s data processing rules is available in the tool provider’s privacy policy: https://elfsight.com/privacy-policy/.
