At Global Pharma CM, we are constantly implementing solutions that improve product quality and safety. One of these is the Bag-on-Valve (BOV) technology, an innovative dosing system that enables continuous, precise spraying of substances without contact with carrier gas or air. The product, sealed in a special pouch inside an aluminium can, remains pure, stable and requires no preservatives.

As a manufacturer of medical devices, we use BOV technology in products for nasal hygiene, and moisturising mucous membranes. We offer 50 ml and 100 ml capacities. Our manufacturing process is compliant with ISO 13485, and executed on a fully automated ZIGLER line with leak and pressure control.

BOV nasal aerosols allow the product to be applied as a fine mist, which promotes even distribution of the solution in the upper respiratory tract. These preparations moisturise the nasal mucosa, facilitate the removal of secretions and promote the natural cleansing process of the nasal cavities. Regular use helps reduce the risk of discharge build-up and thus the proliferation of microorganisms. These products can be used both for dryness of the nasal mucosa and for daily hygiene and prevention.

Liquids and drops

We offer dietary supplements in drops and liquid formulations, including those based on vegetable oils. This convenient form ensures easy dosing and is suitable for a wide range of users, including children and seniors.

Sprays and atomisers

We manufacture dietary supplements and medical devices in spray and atomizer formats for the nose, throat, oral cavity, and ears. Our portfolio includes both aqueous solutions, such as sea water formulations, and oil-based products, for example ear sprays based on olive oil.

Softgel capsules

As a dietary supplement manufacturer, we offer softgel capsules that allow active ingredients to be enclosed in liquid form, such as oils, fat-soluble vitamins, or plant extracts.

Hard capsules

As a manufacturer of hard capsules, we provide comprehensive production of dietary supplements in gelatin and vegetarian (HPMC) capsules. We ensure high batch consistency, microbiological safety, and full customization of formulation and packaging.

Film-coated and uncoated tablets

We produce coated and uncoated tablets containing vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts, with options to customize shape, color, and coating type. Each batch is manufactured under controlled conditions and in accordance with strict quality documentation.

Caramel lozenges

We manufacture hard lozenges using caramelization technology. Our lozenges are produced either on a sugar and glucose syrup base or in a sugar-free version based on isomalt. A wide range of flavors and colors is available.

Soft lozenges

Our soft lozenges are produced using gum arabic and natural extracts. They feature a unique gel-like structure that provides distinctive sensory properties. After dissolving, they leave a pleasant coating effect that enhances comfort of use.

Lozenges

We produce chewable and lozenge tablets that combine functionality with attractive taste and form. Both sugar-containing and sugar-free versions are available, with options to customize color, flavor, and packaging.

Lollipops

The lollipops we produce are a fully functional dietary supplement in a convenient delivery form. We manufacture both classic and sugar-free versions enriched with vitamins, extracts, and flavors.

As a BOV aerosol manufacturer, we offer nasal sprays that allow dispensing at any angle. These products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 13485 and are available in 100 ml packaging.

Syrups

We develop syrups containing plant extracts, vitamins, and minerals, available in 120–200 ml bottles. Syrup formulations are particularly suitable for children and individuals who have difficulty swallowing tablets.

Shots

We produce functional shots in convenient 25 ml bottles – tasty, practical, and ready for quick consumption. Available, for example, in immune-support formulations. An ideal solution for consumers who value simplicity and effective supplementation.

Eye drops

We are also an importer of eye drops based, among others, on sodium hyaluronate.
