As an experienced manufacturer of dietary supplements, we specialise in the production of film-coated tablets – one of the most frequently chosen forms of supplement administration. We use state-of-the-art tabletting and coating technologies. Our products boast high stability, an aesthetic appearance and a user-friendly form of application. The tablet coating facilitates swallowing, eliminates unpleasant taste and protects the active ingredients from light, moisture and oxidation. Customised colour and shape of the tablets facilitates creating a product line to match the visual brand identity.

We are compliant with ISO 22000 to guarantee total quality control of each batch. We offer different variations in size and shape, including round (8, 11, 12 mm) and oblong tablets (17 × 8 mm, 19 × 9.5 mm). We manufacture our products based on a supplied formulation, and develop new formulations in our R&D department, including the option of mapping existing market products.

Vitamins, minerals, dry plant extracts

As a contract tablet manufacturer, we also offer uncoated tablets – a more economical alternative, perfect for simple formulations and ingredients insensitive to light or moisture. With no coating layer, these tablets are formed faster, often containing a higher concentration of active substances. This functional form works well for basic supplementation, such as vitamins, minerals and dry plant extracts.

Our offer covers the full range of contract services, from formulation design, through production and packaging to documentation support and product notification. We package tablets in blister packs (15-30 units per blister), PET/HDPE jars (75-250 ml), individual cartons and other brand-specific packaging. Each production stage is carried out with attention to detail, in accordance with quality control procedures that guarantee repeatability, safety and compliance with current standards.

Liquids and drops

We offer dietary supplements in drops and liquid formulations, including those based on vegetable oils. This convenient form ensures easy dosing and is suitable for a wide range of users, including children and seniors.

Sprays and atomisers

We manufacture dietary supplements and medical devices in spray and atomizer formats for the nose, throat, oral cavity, and ears. Our portfolio includes both aqueous solutions, such as sea water formulations, and oil-based products, for example ear sprays based on olive oil.

Softgel capsules

As a dietary supplement manufacturer, we offer softgel capsules that allow active ingredients to be enclosed in liquid form, such as oils, fat-soluble vitamins, or plant extracts.

Hard capsules

As a manufacturer of hard capsules, we provide comprehensive production of dietary supplements in gelatin and vegetarian (HPMC) capsules. We ensure high batch consistency, microbiological safety, and full customization of formulation and packaging.

Film-coated and uncoated tablets

We produce coated and uncoated tablets containing vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts, with options to customize shape, color, and coating type. Each batch is manufactured under controlled conditions and in accordance with strict quality documentation.

Caramel lozenges

We manufacture hard lozenges using caramelization technology. Our lozenges are produced either on a sugar and glucose syrup base or in a sugar-free version based on isomalt. A wide range of flavors and colors is available.

Soft lozenges

Our soft lozenges are produced using gum arabic and natural extracts. They feature a unique gel-like structure that provides distinctive sensory properties. After dissolving, they leave a pleasant coating effect that enhances comfort of use.

Lozenges

We produce chewable and lozenge tablets that combine functionality with attractive taste and form. Both sugar-containing and sugar-free versions are available, with options to customize color, flavor, and packaging.

Lollipops

The lollipops we produce are a fully functional dietary supplement in a convenient delivery form. We manufacture both classic and sugar-free versions enriched with vitamins, extracts, and flavors.

Products with  BOV (Bag-on-Valve) technology

As a BOV aerosol manufacturer, we offer nasal sprays that allow dispensing at any angle. These products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 13485 and are available in 100 ml packaging.

Syrups

We develop syrups containing plant extracts, vitamins, and minerals, available in 120–200 ml bottles. Syrup formulations are particularly suitable for children and individuals who have difficulty swallowing tablets.

Shots

We produce functional shots in convenient 25 ml bottles – tasty, practical, and ready for quick consumption. Available, for example, in immune-support formulations. An ideal solution for consumers who value simplicity and effective supplementation.

Eye drops

We are also an importer of eye drops based, among others, on sodium hyaluronate.
