The main objective of the Project: “IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS AT GLOBAL PHARMA CM SP. Z O. O.” is to implement an innovative in-house technology for manufacturing an innovative multivitamin dietary supplement and thus commence its production.
The objective will be achieved through the purchase of fixed assets, without which the functioning of the technology in practice would not be possible.
As a result of the Project, the company will implement a new technology in the production plant and start the production of an innovative dietary supplement – multivitamin with micro-nutrients.
The result of the Project implementation, i.e. the innovative dietary supplement, will be introduced to the business practice of the Applicant and will satisfy the needs of direct customers.
The implementation of the Project is in line with the long-term development goals of the company and will allow, among others, for:
consolidation of a strong position in the existing key segments of the industrial customer market
entry into segments of new customers which are attractive in terms of volume and margin, including international retail chains from the FMCG sector
increased penetration and entry into new promising markets: Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, MENA region, Western Europe and sales of high-margin product groups in these markets
planned doubling of the customer base within 2 years
increased competitiveness of the company
increased efficiency at the Suchedniów plant
expanding the portfolio of products offered in response to emerging market needs
reducing the level of technological losses of raw materials by increasing the efficiency of technological lines and their automation (positive environmental impact)
a leap in production efficiency through the purchase of new automated machinery.
